30/20 Cal bike (400m run)
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lb)
10 Burpees
Then, 3 Rounds of:
30/20 calorie Row
20 Box jump (24/20 in)
100 meter Farmer’s Carry (KB)
Then, 3 Rounds of:
50 Double-Unders
1 minute Wall Sit
25 Medball sit Up
Once each section is finished start over from the top until 40:00 is complete!
