• 10 Thruster (95/65)
• 10 Chest to bar/ Pull up/Ring row
• 10 HSPU/ Push ups
Partner B
• 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
• 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
• 10 Toe to bar/ Sit ups
After each partner finishes their round, switch roles- continue this for 25:00.
You have to rest until your partner is finished to start a new round.
