Warm-up
For the following, while one partner is running 200 Meters, the other partner will perform the following movement until their partner returns from run, then switch, until each have run 800 meters:
1. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
2. Glute Bridges
3. Front Plank Hold
4. PVC Passthroughs
Metcon
Metcon (Time)
In teams of 2, perform the following for time:
800 Meter Run
100 Air Squats
80 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs
60 AbMat Sit-Ups
40 Push-Ups
20 Box Jumps
800 Meter Run
20 Box Jumps
40 Push-Ups
60 AbMat Sit-Ups
80 Kettlebell Swings
100 Air Squats
800 Meter Run
Partners must share work evenly. Any rep scheme and be chosen.
i.e. 5 reps each or 10 reps each
Run must be performed relay style. (200 Meters x 4 or 400 Meters x 2)
