Finally, 2 Rounds each of:

15 Deadlifts (185/135)
15 Front squat@ 50/35 (2 DB)
5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30/24 in)
I go you go … Partner 1 will complete a full round, partner 2 will then complete a full round and both repeat… deadlift weight increases when both partners finish 2 rounds each
